 For all our winter beaten fellow campers...what have you done to survive winter without camping.   At this point I am so bored and tired of freezing to death as I go from house to car.  I refused to wear snow boots in protest of all this white stuff.  Of course I have plenty to do between home, work and the kids, but I miss being out in my yard gardening, or sitting in my swing by the outdoor firepit and relaxing.  These many months of no camping have been awful this year!!!!!!!    I m going to WalMart and Target tomorrow and raiding the store for camping supplies, stock up on new towels and add some additions to our camper.  Time to start that camping pile in the corner of my bedroom so I know the season truly is coming!!!!!![]

 After spending the winter  home and unemployed. Can we say STIR CRAZY[: (]
 It will finally be warm enough to go camp this weekend, but with all the snow melt it is way to muddy according to DH[:@]
 
 So I guess I ll just finish the bottle of wine that somehow got opened earlier[] & dream of non soggy Campgrounds......

Past bored, boredering on insane!!!!!!! This has been one of my worst winters so far! Work sux,[: (] haven t been camping since July.[] Just want to get out into the camper and spend a night, ANYWHERE even the backyard would suffice at this point![] The only bright spot ,we are going camping in 2 weeks! I don t care if the mother of all blizzards hits I AM GOING CAMPING!

Bored is one word, climbing the walls are a few more.  I can not wait for this snow to go away, we melt an inch then get 2 more, never ending.  it is going to be above freezing for about a week so hopefully we will get closer to green.

Bored? Yes. Stir crazy? Getting there. The snow s finally starting to melt around here. I ve got a few projects around the house, got to do some work on the truck and the camper.
 Just to get out and about, Linda and I joined a dart league for this winter. And, occasionally we ll go out and do some karaoke on the weekends.[]

We finally had a fairly nice day around these parts.  Except, as Marcy said, now it s all wet and muddy.   Ya just can t win!  But, DH and I went on a little trip to big lots, and I picked up a dish drainer and a few other items.  When he asked me what I was getting them for, I was so happy to be able to say " FOR THE CAMPER!!!!!"     It s gonna be a little while yet, but camping season is getting closer and closer for us northerners.

Can t go camping til all this snow is gone so instead, we re going to go visit copcarguy tomorrow. If we can t camp, at least we can get together and talk about camping [].

 I like to try and find the bright side of things sooooo, looks like next weekend we will be able to dig out the pop up  which means the following weekend we can get our Hybrid...yeah ha...DH is now considering camping Easter weekend so things are finally starting to clear up.

It is going to be warm enough to strip and wax the floor in the PU today.  I may get a few other chores done today too.  Mud season has hit and the dogs need washed off everyday.  I think spring is starting to show itself in my neighborhood.

Aw, I thought you were talking about the board! Yes, I m bored and I want to go camping.  The RV show in Raleigh perked me back up again.  I just had to get out and look at some new campers.  Only thing is that big rig at $404,000.....well, the countertops were the wrong color and you would think they would have a big 60"  plasma screen TV instead of that little dinky 42"   one....so I had to pass on that one.  LOL!
