We finally decided that spring is really here and pulled the pu out of the garage this afternoon.  I was happy to see that we had NO mouse or water damage and it still smelled like a camp fire inside!  Love that smell.  It was so nice to get in it and clean and just hang out.  DH did a mod to the electrical cord and DD just walked by, smiled and asked if we could sleep in it tonight.
 
 The down side of all of this is that we re taking the pu to the shop tomorrow evening for it to get its  new roof on Monday.  I hope they don t trash it while doing this huge sounding repair!  Our dealership is wonderful but this sounds like a major thing to replace the whole roof? (Do I sound like a worried Mommy or what??)

Hang in there Tena, it will be ok. We were pleasantly surprised last spring when our dealer replaced our roof without any problems. They also installed a/c and a Yakima rack.  Seems to be doing fine but if not (it s the old style), we ll be back for a new " new"  one.
