We bought a new TV today! A 2002 Chevy Trailblazer. It was a purchase that we hadn t planned on buying.

Our other vehicle, 1990 Geo Prism, tried to move a concrete median when I had to make a sudden avoidance swerve when someone tried to enter my lane on the highway. Not enough time to hit the horn, and in a split second decision, I swerved to the right to avoid the collison, but the car bounced around and ended up in the cement median. Nobody else was involved and I managed to make it out with a sore left shoulder.

Now the decision going to be, which vehicle are we going to take when we go camping? I guess it will depend on how much stuff we are going to take. [:)]

VenaticVenatic, I hate to hear about your shoulder and the circumstances.... but you ended up with one heck of an upgrade.  The DW and I have been plesantly surprized and totally satisfied with both of our Chevys.  I still have my Beemer, but never thought (10 years ago) that I d own one, much less two, American made vehicles.  The only bad thing is the gas mileage.  Other than that, they are very good people haulers, great riding vehicles, and super tow vehicles.   I think you ll be happy with your choice.

VenaticSorry about the accident.  Congratulations on the new TV.  Sounds like you made quite an upgrade.

VenaticThanks for the replies. It wasn t planned, but then again, nothing ever goes according to plan.

We just picked up our PU from the dealer to replace the stepper door that I accidently bumped with my brother s trailer while we were deer hunting. Nobody thought of closing it. Myself included. Boy are those things expensive!
