Peter and SueSandy all you need to get is a nice 5th wheel and one of those Freightliner trucks to pull it with. Then move to St. Louis so i can borrow it when you are not using it. Thats not to much is it.

Peter and SueWhat a neat gadget. My DH loves his campfires so that is a great BD gift. I definitely gotta get it. Thanks for the info [:D]

RamblingWreck

Peter and SueThanks for the heads up.  We ordered one from the website.  I just used it to make a fire in the fireplace.  Its awsum!  The long barrel allows you to direct air where you need it without over heating your hands.  Puts out much more air than a pair of bellows I used to have.

Something like this is handy to have in the event of a power failure.  Our backup heating source for the house is a woodburning stove insert in the second fireplace.  The Tornado would definitely aid in starting a fire in it.

Would have loved to have had this baby last summer when we were camping on the Cold River.  Our fire wood was wet and making a very smokey fire.  A little air from the Tornado would have been welcome.

Peter and SueAs a gearhead, I am used to (and even expect) the ridicule and abuse I get when I bring out my gadgets.

Everyone " guessed"  that the Tornado was a fishing rod of sorts.

Nobody laughed when they saw how efficient it was.  The best example was when I woke up and the fire and gone out  cept one smoldering piece of wood.

I placed more wood on top and cranked that baby up.  It was amazing.  In no time I had the campfire going again.
