I went and looked at a Basecamp hard sided trailer today. Over all the fit and finish of this trailer is fantastic. I feel it s well designed and the quality of workmanship is good. The mattresses are double thick (from Coleman s) and there is a big fridge with a small freezer. Counter top room is in abundance. The toilet shower combo (wet) is roomy and looks good. The whole trailer seems well thought out, and roomy. The Price was around $15K, but the salesman told me it was negotiable too. If you were or are in the market for a hard side, this deserves a closer look.

I have some pictures of it posted here:

Gone-Camping

MtnCamperThanks for the " tour"  it really looks like a lot of thought went into this trailer. I did notice that there was room on top of the refridge, perhaps they could have installed an even larger one?!?! I m curious as to how long until we start seeing them show up at the campgrounds???[:D]

MtnCamperThe sales guy told me 3500Lbs. I don t know if that is loaded max, or empty weight. I would assume loaded. The salesman didn t bother me at all. It s open, just look all ya want! I was going to see if they had any paperwork on it. But spaced that out too. So I put the link up for the dealer website. Actually much more room than I thought.

MtnCamperNice looking camper.  Sink looked a little small, but over all I m impressed and if I can find a dealer near here, I m going to take a closer look.
