According to my local LP refill station ($8.00 for 20 lbs), ordinarily $1.95/gallon.
 
 If your Blue Rhino has a triangle on the valve, they can t refill them, otherwise fair game.  A friend gave me his old Blue Rhino, without a triangle, hey, can t beat a second tank full of LP...

I would only do a tank exchange if it were and emergency.  I own several tanks and have always purchased my tanks at Sam s Club for around $20.  I get them filled at the RV dealer or a Natural Food store.  It cost $8 to $10 for a refill.

 The triangle just means its an OPD valve.
