 Hello,

I m going to my dealer at lunch time to order my Campout Awning.

Is there anyone here that has put one of these on a Coleman Santa Fe?

I m getting it for $200.  The dealer says 1 maybe 2 hours at $50 per hour for labor to install.  If it s not too big of project, I would like to save the bucks and install it myself.  I just need some good advice.  My wife said that if I save the money on the labor I can order the new mats in the PopUp Store!  I know it will take me a half hour to just get the nerve to drill a hole in the side of the camper for the support arms.

I actually called Colorado Carefree because in their catalog they had a Santa Fe with the exact same awning I want.  So I asked if they could give me the exact same measurements and such to install....but they just sent me a generic set of instructions which say to place it where it won t harm anything....where is that?

Anyhow, I ll take all the advice I can get.

 Thanks

maromeo

DCA good website to compare the price for the awning is www.rvcatalog.com. They carry the Carfree Awnings, tax and shipping is free. Our local dealer charges $65.00 an hour labor, if that helps you out.
