RE: Towing Mirrors. Worthwhile?

Not sure I understand what " CIPA"  mirrors are.  Are they strap on, slide on, what?
 BTW, I know I ll not see everything behind me regardless of what mirrors I get, but just feel kinda lost not knowing if there is anything close behind me, if I m holding up traffic, or whatever.  Just like to be a little more aware of my situation.  Had about decided on the McKesh, although still looking at the budget, and now I m wondering about CIPA on our F150 ?

 I m surprised that I can find no pictures of those mirrors on their site.  They have pictures of their other products but not those.
 
 Had a set for our S-10 that I was very happy with.  Easy to put on, little or no vibration and yeilded good rear vision.  When we got our new TV a couple months ago, I ended up selling my CIPA mirrors to Civil-War-Buff.  Since he hasn t come after me with a flint lock, I guess he s happy with them[].

Ordered a set of McKesh Mirrors today.  Will post comments once they arrive and I get them figured out, installed, used, etc.  Now if I can just get the Rockwood back from dealer where it has been to have some warranty stuff done we will soon be " on the road again!" [/b][]
