RE: lift system on Viking popup

I have recently acquired a 1990 model Viking.  The lift system is in need of repair with the front not working at all.  Has anyone had any experience with this system or know a link I might go to for advice.

Just scroll down to the manufacturer forum Viking.  There you can ask " Zerk"  any quistions you may have about a Viking.
