Just got back from five days camping at Ft. Wilderness, we had a blast. Weather was great and as far as private campgrounds go FW is the place after all it s Disney. Seems to me that everything is created for your enjoyment from the trees to the flocks of birds flying overhead kind of like the Truman Show movie everything is perfect. I don t know what they use to control the nuisance pest and keep the butterflies, and non biting insects around but we didn t get any bites or stings. While there we met lots of Popup campers but none ever heard of PUT, one family we met came by to visit us and gave us a like new screen room for our camper. They re awning was damaged and the insurance company replaced it with a diffrent model and they couldn t use it anymore so they went looking for someone with a Coleman with a 12  box to give it to. Lucky us, and how nice of them to do this, I offered to pay them something but they wouldn t hear of it. I just sent them a subscribtion to PUT and hopefully they ll come on board the Arvee club. Just goes to confirm that campers are a special breed of people. Haven t met a camper I didn t like.
 Happy Camping

PapasoThat sure was nice of them.  I have given away ice cream, milk and eggs at a campground, but never anything big like that.  You sure were lucky they picked you.

PapasoI also got a nice gift at the Eastern Rally, but I do not know who it was from.  Wednesday morning when we were packing up to come home, I found a bag of clothes that fit my 4 year old and a note that said " A gift for your girls" .

Thanks to whom ever gave them to us, they have been put to very good use.[:)]
