 As you all know we are trying to sell our house. We have a very nice (for us) Microwave oven we purchased for 299 C$ a year ago. We didn t want to leave that in the house and was searching for a replacement unit to go over the range.
 
 Two model lowe units were going for 369 bucks and we were worried. ANyways, we go to this Canadian chain store called, Futureshop, and see the one which goes for 369, for 199 bucks. What a steal. But it doesn t have all the hardware to install, nuts bolts, and box is torn etc, customer return. But it is in perfect shape.
 
 I haggle and bargain little bit, ask for another 10 bucks off and stuff, and guy says one minute, lemme check. after 15 minutes (and we are getting pretty ***ed by this time) he comes back and says, ok, you want it ? 149 bucks ! We grab it, all smiles, the tray and back unit is carried speerately, box has no styrofoam in it, it is hilarios. We go to pay, guy punches it in, I am ready to pay 175 bucks with taxes, he says, ahha, that is good, the system gives us another 20 bucks off ! SO we grab this almost brand new microwave for 152 bucks taxes included !!!!
 
 I am all smiles, and we have a showing soon :) Tomorrow I will install it and put our beautiful one in its box! So the purchasers can see the one they will get, it is in great shape, an unbelievable buy !
 
 I think that was out luck buy today, my break :) I hope we get an offer soon as a second break :)

 birolWhy aren t you installing the brand new $369 one(that you got for $1490 in the new house, and leave the old one in the old house.
 
 Seems like a lot of unnecessary work to take out the old one and install the new one[&:]

The 149 dollar one has a lot less features then the one we have installed. True, it will be a lot of work to get the back plate out, and install its own plate, but it will be worth it. The one we bought for 299 was worth 499 when we got it, another good deal story :)

 That makes sense.
 I should have guessed you got a deal on the first one.

Arrrrggghhh, don t remind me, it will be a toughie. I will do it this weekend. They are heavy units too, DW can t lift much, she is flimsy  [8D][;)][:D][:)]

The one in there was put in on December, it was brand new too ...... Still looks brand new. Why am I posting this ? Dunno ..... Actually what you are saying is right ....... But we already have something very good looking there. No body would think it is used, oh well it is. The papers will say Brand new MC I guess, might be a plus. Same with the dishwasher ......will buy a low end dishwasher, brena new, need  a similar deal, I don t wanna spend 299+ taxes ...
