Well they don t actually call it a handheld pop-up, but I think you ll agree that it sort of looks like an early model pop-up minus the wheels and a few other goodies. It s actually called the " Kamp-Rite Tent Cot"  and it can be seen at Cabela s website. I ve provided a link below to make it easy to find. I would have used the heck out of this thing when I was a kid, or even on those Cub-Scout campouts with the boys. I may even buy one of these to keep in the van for those nights on the road when I need to stop for the night, but don t have my full arcenal of camping gear loaded up. I could simply stop at a state park and bed down for the night in no time and I could enjoy sleeping under the stars instead of a stuffy, over priced hotel room. Anyway, I thought some of you would get a kick out of this.

CajunCamperYes, the one Dave had at the rally was pretty cool. But he wasn t willing to give it away as a door prize (something about his daughter killing him?).

CajunCamperLooks like a good cage for the kids -- perfect to put some toys and let them play away in their OWN PU.   Too bad the teens we have know how to work the zippers -- the blonde (20yrs) may have trouble[;)][;)]
