Yes, That is exactly why, last spring when I took it off, I put it right beside the water heater/ water pump. And I just left it there all year. BUT when I needed it this fall, I knew exactly where it was![]

I R Dumb no more.  Just dumb for not storing it in a more obvious place.  Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
 
 ...and the  by-pass-tube  is by-passing the water heater (if your camper is equipped with one)when winterizing.  After draining the water heater the by-pass tube is for connecting the in and out sides to  by-pass  the water heater.  Keeps you from having to fill it with rv antifreeze too.
 
 Hurry and grab the last of these Fall days...camp, camp, camp.  Winterized the water system, but not through camping this year yet!
