birol, did you report your own post as having nothing to do with camping?;)   I am just going to wait for the camping trip report.  There is bound to be plenty of good stuff about camping, campgrounds, travel experiences with a popup on the way to the campground, places to avoid, places to sightsee during the camping trips.  Why would anyone want to report a post like that?

The post will be about camping Birol so even if you report it, nothing will happen. :D   Except you will make moderator1 angry and then you will have your similes taken away. ;)  :D

Well, it's up. You'll find it under "Campground Reviews" ->"Mid-South".  Had to post it in five parts. Hope you enjoy it and it was worth the wait. Would help if you could let me know what you think.

Well, I just finished reading of your adventures sounds like you had a great time. Makes me want to take an extended road trip. I made a trip around the Good Ole U.S.A back in 1984 with my kid brother and the Grand Canyon was one of the natural highlights. I agree that pictures of the canyon don't even come close to doing it's beauty any justice. Looking forward to my next trip around the Good Ole U.S.A. with my DW and maybe the DD's if they still want to hang out with us. Glad you had a great and safe trip and as you I believe there's no place like home but it's sure fun taking the long way home. :)

For those who want to camp there, some helpful information was included in the trip report.
