Besides the BAL Leveler, one of the best tips we've received (and I believe it may have come from tlhdoc??) has to be using the tiki torch stands for the awning!  My goodness but it certainly makes setting up the awning fast and easy!

I put a shower curtain down the middle of the children's bed.  It makes two bedrooms and less fighting. When we do not have children with us it makes a room for the cat, and the box he sits on by an open window.
