It's Official....

As of midnight, our youngest DD is officially engaged to a Navy guy.  they have been very close friends for at least 7 years, even though they never really dated, since he left for the Navy in July, they have been on the phone daily and have realized how much they actually do love each other.  His father and us, have always known this would happen someday.  They have not set a date yet as she wants to continue her college education and he just started his military education a few months ago.
 
This is very exciting for her, him, and our family.  His father and step-mother have always accepted here in their family.  His mother is just a hard person to warm up to, but she is coming around.  (She did take our DD up for his basic training graduation.)
