I forget who posted it, but I KNOW it was here.  Am I just not seeing it?  I went back 75 days all the way into October.  I just saw it a few weeks ago, and I wanted to try it.  I usually make the "Fluff" fudge, but it's dangerous.  Boiling Fluff pops right out of the pan and burns pretty bad.  Usually I have to wrap my arm in a towel and stir.  It always comes out great though!

Is this it?

Ingredients:

2 large Zip Lock Bags

1/2 cup powdered cocoa

1 box powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

Instructions:
Place all ingredients into zip lock bag. Seal and then place that bag into the second one. Pass the bag around for approximately 30 minutes, giving everyone a chance to squeeze and mix the fudge together. Messy, but very good!

maybe, I'm not sure.  I thought I remembered something about it chilling in the bag, then peeling the bag off and slicing the fudge up.  This one sounds wonderful though!

We've done this for years at cooking demos and after it's made, we chill it for about a half an hour. Then the plastic peels off real easy. A suggestion we did with a demo for Girl Scouts was to add some M&M's. The girls loved the addition.
