 Like we need one more....
I heard on the Radio on my way to work this morning that the Police here are having what they call " BAR RAIDS" . Apperently what they do is go into a bar and pull these people out into the street and give them a breath allizer test. Then they arrest anyone who is Drunk! I don t have a chance [:o].
A few months ago they where chasing snippers here....I guess they got bored?
Can t wait to see the reply s from you all on this one!

 CampNfanum..isn t that illegal?

CampinCrazy

CampNfanDid you hear about the cop who was camped out in a bar parking lot at closing - watching for a drunk to get into his car?  He saw the person who was totally smashed - stumbling, trying to get into the wrong car, etc.  By the time the drunk actually got into his own car and got the engine going - he was the last one in the lot.  The cop pulled him over as he was about to leave and gave him the test - the guy blew a 0 (zero).  When the cop asked what was going on - he replied " oh, tonight I m the designated decoy drunk"

 CampNfanRick,

Was this a joke or serious ????

CampNfan

CampNfanNo! it was not a joke.......

CampNfanIn this case, aren t they also supposed to charge the bar owners for letting people get drunk ???????

I mean, If I am a host and make my guests drunk I am responsible, so they pull these people out, they are drunk, host is the bar owner, so he  must be charged, so alcohol consumption should be banned, wait I saw this somewhere :):):)

I shake my head in disbelief ..... What is next, they are gonna raid our houses and check if we are drunk ? or like in some states you can t have ... during they light, they will put cameras ????

CampNfanI would say that what the police are doing doesn t pass the " smell test" .  You know... it just doesn t smell right and seems to be something that couldn t or shouldn t hold up in a courtroom.  When we go out we always have a designated driver, but that doesn t mean the rest of us aren t partying....... It seems that if someone is in a drinking establishment that they should be able to do anything except grab the keys and drive if they are too impared..... or do anything illegal inside or outside of the establishment.

I hope they don t start checking campgrounds!!!!!
