That Can't Be Right Chicken

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs-2 lbs Chicken
1 Package Taco Seasoning
1 Package Dry Italian Dressing
Pepsi

Directions:
Put skinless-boneless chicken in a baggie and cover with Taco and Italian Seasonings. After the chicken is coated cover the chicken with Pepsi. That's right....Pepsi. Marinate the chicken for 48 hours. Grill until the chicken juices run clear.

sounds easy enough.. If I use Diet Pepsi does it count as a low Cal meal??
