Transporting water to the camper?

As you may know my wife has MS, To improve her camping experience I built this for her. It's a self contained Water transport wagon, that she can pull with her scooter. The "Tank" and pump come off, so we can also use it to transport grey water to the dump. Or haul wood, or even the dog!

She does the pullin' and the drivin' I walk along and do the fillin' and dumpin'.

This is really a neat idea... sounds like it's time to look into a patent.  This is a great idea for just about anyone, it could be hooked up to a bike or even the trailer hitch.
