All,

Have had the trailer ready to go for awhile but this morning it was freezing outside to the point where the car door handles were frozen. I am worried that the water line will get to be the same way. They are stating it will get to 22 degrees tonight. Winter is back!

Tell me about it!  The snow flurries this morning looked great, but I'm ready for Spring... and CAMPING too!

It was snowing yesterday morning ! I hated it !!!!!

20 degrees here when I got up this morning.   I was gonna get out and take the dog for a walk early, but think I'll try to wait for the temps to rise a little.   When, oh when, will it get warm enough for comfortable camping???  (amazing that we can take the camper out in Nov. for deer hunting, when the temps get down to single figures, and we can handle it, but when spring comes we need for it to be much warmer.  what's up with that do you think?)

Night time freeze warning is in effect for the next couple of nights but wonderfully warm during the day.  I guess the peach growers have lobbied with the weatherman for higher prices this year.  ;)

Gone-Camping

Just as we get this little cold snap out of the way now, the temps should warm nicely for this weekends camping trip!!! Those that are going would be well advised to bring a small electric heater with them (if they aren't equipped with a furnace) just in case, but so far temps should moderate nicely by this weekend!!!

Temps should run mid 60's in the day, mid 40's at night. Friday & Saturday are listed as patly cloudy, Sunday may have some showers...

We had high winds last night and all day today. This morning we had snow flurries swirling around in the wind. BRRRR! I even drove the kids to school so they didn't get blown away going to the bus stop. The wind is blowing like crazy right now. We lost electricity last night - not sure why but figure it was weather related. With all the candles on my fireplace, it looked a little like a campfire  :D .

I am half way between Cliff and Diane. We had a lot of cold wind on the north Delmarva, no snow.  Glad I have a hybrid, can put the space heater in to keep the camper from freezing. This year winterizing was limited to blowing out the lines and HWH. So no pink stuff to get out of the lines (in fact after a day or too the other year I even blew out the pink stuff).

Truck got it's oil change Sunday during the wind (Walmart) so it is ready to pull the Bantam and the Windstar will get it's change this week so it is ready for the trip with the Jayco this weekend also.
