Something new ......

I am going to try something new, I hope no one will get mad, if I get bad reactions I will stop this.

As all of you know we are in a very tight financial situation. barely making it day to day, but making it somehow. I have no idea how.

And as you all know I am trying to purchase a Popup. Well, this doesn't happen without money ! Having paid off the windstar I am thinking that I will accumulate all of my eBay income and when it reaches an amount which can buy me a PU (Say around 1K to 1.5K usd ) I will splurge and buy one (This was Gone_Camping's idea, credits go to him)! This means I won't use the eBay money for normal expenses (tighter belt) and will get to also keep the shipping costs in the ebay account, as when I get paid, all the money goes to that account buy I pay shipping from my daily account.

Sooo, hoping that I might fool (ehem, persuade ) some of you buying some of the stuff I am selling, if you have been thinking about getting something like that anyways, I have added a url to my signature which will point you to my ebay items.Don't feel shy letting your friends know about this honest eBay seller

To boot, I am starting my account with 88.265 USD, and will put the current amount at the end of the eBay url. This way I can't cheat and use the money, and hopefully you folks will also live the excitement of  reaching my goal together with me, and this will also motivate me to list more and more items.

If people don't feel comfortable with this, or Dave thinks I should not do this, I will of course will not do this. I am sending a copy of this to Dave at the same time I am posting this. (Ok, I sent it to him quite sometime ago and no answer yet, he will let me know). If I get banned suddenly we will at last know why

This is not a please donate me money under the buy my ebay items scheme, I am mostly doing it to motivate myself to list more, and if anyone needs anything from here, oh well, I guess you had rather that I have your money then a stranger  :yikes:  If you do not want or need stuff, please do not buy it.

I would think if it's all in the interest of Pop-up camping, then it shouldn't be a problem!

This sounds like a good idea to save money.  I'm saving my money from the auctions I work to pay for the AAR, but first I have to use it to pay for the TV work (DH also wants to have the transmission tuned-up as it has almost 100,000miles on it).
