Have you been back to PUX since last night? Someone posted a link there for a 1970 Starcraft PU already in Ontario for under $700 CDN....

It's a Starmaster-6, same size box as the Starmaster-8 but has only one dinette instead of two!
 
There is no telling what condition the rest of it is in though. I think you've got a good buy on the 65, I'd continue to follow through on that one for the time being. If you exhaust all possiblities then this might be worth taking another look at.

I had seen it when it was  a thousand bucks, but since it didn't have any inside pictures, I did not give it any serious thought. If this one fails, I surely will consider it. Being an eBay transaction, I have to at least attempt to complete this transaction. Especially after the seller bent backwards to make the transaction a smooth one.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention though, if they had lowered the price earlier, I would have probably driven there and purchase it already !

Whats the update, Birol?  How's it going with the dealer?  Is it this Sunday (5/16/04) that will will be started down?

Today (May 10) he is going to apply for the title, he couldn't do it last week. He expects to get it by Thursday, Next Monday I will be getting it hopefully. I will call him today, I sure hope they will say he is in Boston for a title business !  If I speak to him it is not a good sign at all ....
