Went to Kentucky and drove on some nice muddy gravel roads.  Long Story short, what do you use to get the ground in dirt and bugs off of the front of your pop up?  I hit it with the power washer and still have kind of a dirt stain on it.  I thought about trying oxy clean.  What are your thoughts?

I use Simple Green and a brush to clean the outside of the PU.  It works very well and leaves a fresh smell to the outside of the trailer.  I have heard of people using Oxy Clean.  I don't think it will hurt to try it. :)

My dealer told me to use a stiff brush with little Comet in my wash water on the ABS panels.  Worked great, made them sparkling white again!  He said not to use it on the sidewalls though.  A little elbow grease keeps them clean.

Thanks for the tips, I will give it a try.

People wash these things?

I know a regular car wash detergent works on the roof and sides - doesn't seem to budge dirt on the ABS front or rear panels.

Most of the time, it just stays dirty.

I use the Black Streak product found at the dealer. Run about 4 bucks.

I also endorse Simple Green. In addition, I tried something last fall on our Alumitite roof:  I washed it all then waxed half. Sure enough, waxed half is staying cleaner.

Have to redo the whole thing soon.
