Anyone have any favorite DO Chicken recipes they'd like to share?
Looking for something with Bnls Breasts, Wild or Brown Rice, Mushrooms, etc.
Thanks!

had this at a campout a couple weeks ago and it was to die for ... I didn't make it, just enjoyed it!

Crabby Chicken
2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
8 oz. fake crab, cut in chunks
1 pkg. white gravy mix
Pepper and garlic to taste
8 oz. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
Prep gravy mix in saucepan according to package directions. Set aside. Place chicken in DO. Add crab. Stir onion and red pepper into gravy. Pour gravy over chicken. Add seasonings to taste. Cover Dutchie, bake with 6-8 coals under and 16-18 on lid for about an hour or till chicken is done. Add the Swiss cheese, melt, and serve.

This is easy to make into a one-pot meal. Slice raw potatoes into bottom of DO before adding anything. Include a can of corn, drained, or some frozen veggies as desired, add a little water, and assemble the chicken on the top of the veggies as directed above. Bake till potatoes and chicken are done.
