Yipeee, I'm going to Hermit Island!

Just convinced my wife that a weekend trip to L.L. Bean in Freeport, ME would be a great way for her to spend the gift certificate I bought her. (Note my devious plan as this unfolds!) So naturally she jumped at the chance! Then I emailed her at work and said, there MAY be a lot of traffic, maybe we should spend the weekend and maybe even take Monday off!!! Which she agreed to (not the Monday part, YET!) then I said you know, Hermit Island CG isn't too far away, we could throw the tent in the jeep and the kayaks on it and do some coastal yakking while we are there! She said sounds like a plan!!

Of course it really didn't take much convincing as this was her favorite CG as a kid and she's the one who introduced ME to IT!

So we're off to Shop LL Bean, Paddle, Camp on the Ocean and eat Lobster & Steamers!!! It doesn't get any better than that, this side of Heaven!!!

Camping AND LOBSTER? Oh my gosh.......it can't get much better than that!  I'm drooling just thinking about a decent lobster.......
