Canadian beer is #1 !!!!! Shame I can't drink it anymore ..... maybe when my weight goes down .....

No, we've had so much happen to us this year that the engine stealing has really only left us a touch numb and disappointed.  DH and son decided they would go out and try to find a "trolling motor" as they are much cheaper than a regular outboard.  They just want to have fun and enjoy fishing on our weekends camping.  Our homeowners wouldn't cover the engine because we I think I mentioned, we weren't "fortunate" enough to have it stolen our of our driveway but was stolen at a lake!!    :yikes:   It's hard to fish in your driveway!!

We are looking forward to FL.  My DD already brought in her English/Math recommendation forms for her present teachers to fill out to send to her new school.  DH called today to find out about hockey tryouts for DS as the league starts there in Sept.  They were great and said if we weren't down there before tryouts (which we probably won't be...they would make room for him when we did get down there!  Now that's nice...they wouldn't do that up here, they'd just say tough noogies...he missed tryouts...can't play.

We're having a large yard sale next weekend and will have another one just before we go to get rid of furniture we don't want before we go!  I'm telling you I'm so looking forward to this change in our lives!

No no no!  Crown Royal mixed with sweetened iced tea is really yummy!!!

Meals are always included at the Hokansson Hilton!  And there have never been any complaints about the fare served!
