Good god, in order for Birol to take all them pictures, Lee must have done all the work! :D

Unbelievable job Lee.  Birol is lucky to have you as a friend and cohort.

I love your shop!

That looks amazing!  Excellent job, guys!

Apparently you did not have to replace the wood in the sides of the roof.  Am I right in thinking this is 3/8 or 1/2 inch plywood?  Could you tell how it is fastened to the skin of the roof?  I'm probably going to have to replace a couple of these pieces due to water intrusion and have not gotten into pulling it apart, that'll come later this winter.  How heavy was the roof?  Birol, how long is the box on Finally?

Anyway, Loved the pics, I'll check out the rest on webshots because I'm very interested in the process.

I think the sides were half an inch tick, not more, lee might think otherwise though, listen to him :)

Finall'y is a 10' PU, sot he roof was 10' long and 7'+ wide, forgot the exact dimensions now. We could take the roof off the PU easily and put it down and rotate it and put it on the platform Lee prepared. It was big and bulky but not super heavy, it is not light either. After putting the panels it got little bit tricky, we needed some help :)

Skin is held on by glue only, we used panelling glue, strong stuff. To get the sides, front/rear you need to undo the strips on the outside of the roof, and unscrew the aluminum channels. I might have to do that after a while as well.

Good luck with yours, feel free to shoot any questions you might have.
