THANK YOU EVERYBODY!!!  Gee whiz, I feel so important.  I had a GREAT day.  Got up early and went to Starbucks for a venti Verona and a cinnamon scone.  Then I went shopping for no reason at all.  Dinner was at my favorite Mexican restaurant, Yolie's, where I was serenaded and served cheese cake with strawberries and a candle. Of course I had Enrique, the owner/bartender, make me a Marga-G-ta!   Last night Scott and I rented the video Before Sunrise and tonight we went to see Before Sunset.  Then it was back to Yolie's for the famous Yolie's coffee nightcap.  All of my kids and several friends called and honestly, this has been a REALLY great birthday for me.  I have a feeling that it's going to be a fantastic "new year" for me!  Thanks again everyone!

Wow, it does sound like a great day!  Happy Belated Birthday!  ( I was working - so I missed it!)  August is a really busy month for us  - Four birthdays and one anneversary!  We will be broke again by Sept 1st!

LOL..Yep..my mother told me she wasn't having any more birthdays. I said "are you crazy?" People are extra nice to you, you get free desserts, usually taken out for lunch and dinner, free drinks, cake and ice cream from friends and family, presents........what's not to love???
