We have been to this CG many times with our church.  It is in Chula Vista/National City.  I have to admit it isn't in the fanciest of areas but the park is very safe and secure.  The staff is wonderful and very attentive.  You would never know it is in the middle of a housing area.

All the sites are paved, water/electric/sewer.  Plenty of shade trees and green grass.  A lot of the sites are pull thru (for the back-up challenged), the restrooms and showers are always clean.  When we were there, the park was full and the restroom was clean everytime we went in.  The best part is they have 4-wheel bikes and other fun bikes you can rent.  My 12 year old daughter and her friend  had a blast!!  They also have a heated pool and jacuzzi, laundromat and a nice store.  There is something to do for every age group.  Plus if you forgot anything, there is a ghrocery store a 1/2 mile down the road.

The trolly also picks up at the park so if you want to sight see you can just hop on the trolley and go for a ride.

I believe the rates were apprx $35-$40 per night.  I will double check on it.

I have been thinking that this would be a nice place to hold a SC Camper rally (maybe July or September.)

Hi Jacqui. Our freinds who sold us our Pop Up go there often, and have good things to say about it. I think we are going there in August with our freinds from Northern California.

It is definately a lot less expensive than a hotel with a lot more to do.

I couldn't wait and made reservations for Labor Day weekend at this CG they still had stites open for this weekend. It is pretty pricey though.. $54.00 a night.  but I have stayed there before and know we will have a wonderful time.  So the money is worth it.  We will be taking the grandchildren which will be an added  bonus for us.  Let me know if anyone else will be camping there that weekend and we will make it a point to introduce ourselves...
