R V Crazy On The Travel Channel

This morning there was a great show on the travel channel.. it had to do with custom RV's.. it was very interesting. The next time it airs is 9/30 7pm est and 10/1 2am est.. one of the rv's was all wood, built from scratch and when they took it to the scale it weighed 10,800 lbs so they call it "waysalot".

There was also a book mentioned "Ready to Roll" one of the author is Keister... if you local book store has it, it may be worth it to browse through it. (Curious if it has some of them from the show)

I saw that show several months ago, very cool stuff.  The big one you posted the link to was made from a retired airport fire and recovery vehicle.  Almost looks like it was made from an armored car!  If I only had the $449,000 they're asking for it.  It would definitely be the talk of the campground!  
Primitive campsite would take on an entirely different meaning.
