I spoke with him today, and he finally saw his kids after two months!!  The social worker even gave them some time alone.  Ya-hoo!  Any criminal charges may be dropped, and he will find out Tuesday for sure.  
Good news so far, and he had nothing bad to say about anybody. He seems much happier since seeing the kids!  It's really the happiest I've heard him since this all started!
