I'm trying to get a handle on the "new" Fleetwood line of pop ups.  If you know what the name was last year for any of these let me know and I'll update the list.  The only one I'm sure of is the 05 Niagara which was the 04 Hemlock.

Destiny (similar features of the 04 Destiny)

Tucson - same as 04
Yuma - same as 04
Sea Pine - new floorplan for 05

Americana (features of the 04 Grand Tour)
Colonial  - was the 04 Santa Fe
Resolute - was the 04 Cheyenne
Victory - no matching 04 floorplan
Allegiance - was the 04 Mesa
Valor - no matching 04 floorplan
Rushmore - no matching 04 floorplan

Grand Tour (similar features of the 04 Grand Tour Elite)

Utah  - same as 04
Bayside - floorplan changed for 05

Highlander Series (same series as 04)

Sequoia  - Same as 04
Newport  - New floorplan for 05
Niagara  - was the 04 Hemlock

Not sure if this will help. Someone over at PUX scanned the new brochure
here is a link to the 2005 pop ups scans

Thanks Marcy.  I've got the 05 brochure but it dosn't tell how they "converted" names.  That's what Im looking for is the name conversions.

Tim I hope this is what you want.

Fleetwood had 18 PU models in 2004.  In the 2005 brochure there are only 14.  In 04 there were 5 categories of Fleetwood trailers in 05 there are only 4.

Highlander Series
2004 Redwood  is gone.  There is a 2005 Newport, but it has a totally different floor plan.  The Sequoia has the same floor plan both years and you already said the 04 Hemlock is the 05 Niagara.

05 Grand Tour/ 04 Grand Tour Elite
04 and 05 both have a Bayside, but the floor plan has changed.  In 04 the Bayside was in the elite, now it is just called the grand tour.  The Utah has the same floor plan for 04 and 05 and is still called the Grand Tour series.

05 Americana series/ 04 Grand Tour
The new Americana series seems to have the same features as the 04 Grand Tour series.  It has the swing level galley, stepper door and crank down stabilizers.
05 Valor is the same floor plan as the 04 Mesa
05 Colonial is the same floor plan as the 04 Santa Fe
05 Resolute is the same floor plan as the 04 Cheyenne
The other 05/04 models do not have matching floor plans.  The 05 Victory has a shower/cassette potty like the 04 Westlake had, but the floor plans are different.

The O4 Destiny series had 2 levels ans 7 models.  In 05 there is only one level and only 3 floor plans.  They have the fold over galley, lower crank position and a metal step.

The Tuscon and Yuma have the same floor plans for 04 and 05.  The other models don't have the same floor plans.

Isn't the 05 Valor more like the Mesa?

I say this because the Allegiance does not have the front storage as the Valor, as the previous Mesa models had the front storage.  But they do have the exact floor plans as each other. The price of the 2005 Valor was quoted to me for $ 8,395, and the 2005 Allegiance was $ 7,595. The front storage I guess is a $ 800.00 option. Total storage for the Allegiance in the book says 51 cu  ft, the Valor is 77 cu ft.  I own a 2001 Mesa and it is exactly like the Valor, just a mirror image of the new Valor layout. Mine has an access door from the inside to the front storage area. The new Valor storage area is completely fibreglass, and isolated from the main unit.

I stand corrected.  I didn't notice that the Mesa had the trunk.  My dealer had the Valor priced at $7902 and the Allegiance priced at $7190.  That is with an awning. :)

We have the Sun Valley (GT series) which was the same floorplan as the Mesa (GT series), but the Mesa had a front trunk, and the Sun Valley did not. The Tacoma was exactly the same as the Mesa (including the front trunk) but in the Destiny series.

They have discontinued the "Sun Valley" model.

The Sun Valley was discontinued in 2003, they didn't make in in 2004. :)

Wild Wild Qwest

Seems like the marketing folks at Fleetwood were pretty busy, or pretty drunk.

Mike, I agree 100%, you would think they would come to these forums and ask for input or host a rally and ask for a focus group !

That's it the next Rally should be hosted by Fleewood and we will be the focus group  :)

Fleetwood used to change the floor plans almost every year.  In the last 5 or 6 years they have used the same/similar floor plans for the same name.  It is much better than what they used to do.

Adam I don't think I would want to go to a Fleetwood hosted rally. :(   All of my friends that don't have Fleetwood PUs wouldn't be able to attend.
