Western Horizon Resorts

Hello all - Several days ago we bought our first PU, a 2005 Fleetwood Niagara. Due to the rain we haven't been able to use it, other than in the driveway - there's been a day or two without rain.

When we bought the PU we were given a free years membership at Western Horizon Resorts. I did a search on this board but found no info on them. Do any of you belong and do you recommend western horizon resorts.

We have the same deal and I'm considering it.  I work with someone that has a regular membership.  They use it when going to the river, so I need to research to see if they have resorts where I'm most likely to camp.

If you sign up with Choice Camping Inc.  you can stay at any of the Western Horizon Resorts for $8.00 a night through an RPI membership.  In that way you don't have to spend thousands of dollars for the initial membership.

I have heard that there are a few companies doing this now, since it really does not make financial sence to purchase a membership.  Choice advertizes in Camping World's magazine.

Thanks for the info on Choice Camping. This sounds like the best deal going. I will research it a bit more and probably sign up.
