If this is something you are seeing in a manual or sales add I would contact the dealer.  I know we all try to same month avoiding the dealer, however some options can only be found that way.

I'm surprised you didn't get it with the purchase of your PU -- unless you bought used.  I got mine free when I bought my unit (new).  While they might be $40-50 when purchased separately, they're probably chump-change for the dealers.  I'd go back and see if you can wrangle one out of them.
