Free camping !!!!

I just bumped into THIS offer for FREE camping.  I know it's short notice and only a week away.  But maybe it will fit the bill for one of you who must camp early.
 
Not good for me as it's the opening of Trout season and I'll be at the cabin.
 
Anybody know anything about Nittany Mountan CG ?

Dave that campground isn't too far from where I live.  I drove through it a couple of years ago during the off season.  It looked ok.  There are a lot of seasonal sites and some people I camp with have sites there.  I am taking my PU to the dealer that Saturday so no camping for me that weekend.

Thanks Tracy. As of yesterday, both my parents are in the hospital so this won't be a fun trip, but a necessary one. I'm going to help out and give my brother a break.
