I just bought a 05 Niagara Fleetwood pop up......love it!
I want to undercoat the entire pop up bottom to keep dust, dirt and water out.
Any one have any experience with this or any suggestions?

Been discussed into the ground on various forums.

Besides adding weight you don't need you'll never "seal" the entire underside. Between where the frame attaches and road vibration there will be gaps. The gaps will get wet and water will migrate either under the undercoating or through the wood to places it can't evaporate out of. Nothing worse for wood than to stay wet.
If you want to seal up the bottom from dust, bugs, etc; here's the prefered method.
Two people, one inside the trailer with a strong flashlight, and one underneath the trailer with a caulking gun loaded with preferable silicon or urathane caulk. Latex or butyl caulks can dry out and crack, Fine for houses, just not for houses on wheels.
Have the inside person shine the light everywhere, inside all the cabinets and under dinette seats. The underside person caulks until there's no more light showing.
You be amazed at the number of cracks, gaps, and holes you'll end up caulking.

Thanks Mike
that is what we have done in our last few pop ups.
Makes perfect sense, not to seal up the entire underside.
Thank you for the advice

If you did use a sealant on the underside of the floor, you might loose the warranty on the flooring.:)

That would be the warranty on the flooring that they never honor? Because the damage is always due to a leak caused by something else they don't warranty.
