Coleman door latch - where to order

Does anyone know of where I can find a latch for the door on a 1997 Coleman Taos. I have tried replacing it with a standard hardware store version, but it doesnt fit very well.

If that doesn't work, your only other option is a Fleetwood dealer.  Expect to pay dealy!

For a while there I was going through one a year. Not a great design. Good news is my Fleetwood dealer charged under $10 for them. My DW seems to think it was about $5. Good folks.

Only Fleetwood dealers are allowed to see Fleetwood parts.  I would look at a few hardware stores for a better quality handle.

I got a locking screen door handle at Lowe's and put it on my Coleman...had to drill a hole for the bottom bolt and cut the little link inside the door a little shorter but it works fine.
