I have to say this is a fantastic park.  The hiking is beautiful and challenging.  The views of the falls and of the Ohio River are awesome.  It is one of the best laid out campgrounds in the SP system.  We were there over Memorial Day, the campground was completely full, but did not fill in the least crowded.  The sites are spacious and laid out in such a way that we were hardly concious of our neighbors.  The campground was mostly quiet, especially considering it was a holiday weekend.  On the down side, I did not care for the bath houses.  They were clean but in need of modernization.  The mens showers are a community shower, reminded me of high school.  You have to push a button to get water and it only runs about ten seconds and never really got warm, at least for my taste.
If you get the opportunity to visit this park I highly recommend it, I am sure you will not regret it.

Yes, excellent park.  The hiking ties with Turkey Run SP for the best in Indiana.  Madison is a nice place to go to hang out as well.  There is a boat race there every year, pretty big deal, I'm guessing the campground probably fills up around that time of year.

Agree with the positive reviews about this park.  We live in NW Ohio, and it was a long drive but worth it when we got there.  Definitely a nice place.

YES! Nice campground and SP. Stayed there last October (Halloween). The hiking and views of the falls are worth it. Be sure to walk through the tunnel "cave". We stayed in site #12 (I think that was the number?) which was straight in from the entrance to the campground on the right side. It was a pull-thru site that faced the heavily wood area which was nice, and spaced apart from other sites. Very quiet and great for kids!

The shower facilities are in need of updating as mentioned but the men's shower did have 1 private shower stall in addition to the community shower stall. The DW had some concerns about the showers at first but overcame them.
