Our camping neighbors talked about having spaghetti caserole for dinner and it sounded pretty good.  I never got a chance to ask them about a recipe.  Anyone make something like this?  DH is camp cook and we're always looking for new things to try.  Thanks in advance,

I make a one pot spaghetti meal

Brown meat (hanburger or ground turkey, about a lb or more)
if desired about a pound of hot Italian suasage, in pieces if links.
1 large onion diced

Cook until all meat is browned. then add
1 to 2 jars of spaghetti sauce depending on houw tomatoey you like it.
break a package of spahetti into sauce.
Add water, probably about 2 jars

Cook, stirring occasionally
Add about a half cup of ketchup and cook til the spaghetti is tender, adding more water if needed.
