what do you think about this to raise the roof

Found a cordless impact drill in our local canadian tire. Its a cordless impact drill with 800 ft lbs of torque. That should lift a roof eh!!!Any on ever try a impact drill

The link only went to the opening page, not the item for me. So,impact tools will lift the roof, ONCE, they destroy the gear box. If it's a hammer drill with both drill, and hammer drill cycles you can use it in the drill only mode.
