OK - so we've had a couple of trips in the camper now and we've washed it down each time before putting it away.  There is still some road grime on it though that's not coming off with just soap and water.  What's best to use to get that out of there?  Is it OK to use a brush to get in there and what about a product to use instead of just soap?

Thanks!

Simple Green, available anywhere

Camping Coxes

There's also a bug and tar remover for RVs that works well.

I bought one of those RV brushes that you hook to the hose.  It doesn't work hooked onto the hose unless you want a good dousing, but it works well for scrubbing the trailer and the top of our Suburban, those hard to reach areas.  And when our canvas got all bird poopy (pre our Pop-Up Gizmos covers) we used it to scrub the canvas clean.  It's soft so it won't "scour" and be too hard on it.

Spray it down with simple green and you can use a soft brush on the finish.:)
