Viking "dropped the ball"

Trailer has been in the shop since July 17th. That is not the worst part....
Shop ordered a new motor for lift system three weeks ago... and we have been expecting receipt of the motor figuring two weeks as they were bk ordered from the vendor.  Service rep called today to find out that Viking received the order... and did not subsequently order it from the vendor...  !@#$%^&.... and to add to it Viking refused to expedite the order... will not pay for overnight from vendor and then to California... What the H-E - Double Hockey Sticks is that about....!?!?!  I had already e-mailed them, tomorrow they will get a phone call.... we have forfeited camp fees and missed all this time. anyone have a higher up I can contact that you have had luck with?

Wow....that totally stinks!  I would be so ticked off!!!  What a way to ruin a season of camping!!! I'm so sorry you are having such problems.    :mad:
