I came here about four years ago I guess, when we were thinking about getting a PUP, and disappeared when my health took a tumble, and came back a few months ago when things got better.
You all helped me in ways to make a PUP easier to set up, and helped me in ways to make camping easier for a gimp like myself altogether, then finally helped me realize some one with my limitations shouldn't even be considering a PUP at all!
I've spent the last month pestering the folks over at HYX and other Hybrid sites and between them and the DW have decided to put money down on a new Travel Star 21SSO come this January.  On the way back to the showroom from looking at the 21 I stopped at a large PUP set up in the lot and just sighed like I was giving up a dream or something (corny), but DW doesn't want to have to set up a PUP by herself and I can't blame her.

You all have saved me from making a very expensive mistake and I'm grateful, and I thank you all.
I'll stop by from time to time to see if I can repay the debt, and if your camping around the Central Missouri area next year and see an old guy with a cane sitting in front of a 21SSO oogling your PUP come on over, I owe ya a cold one.

Well Russ,
If We ever get out your way, i'll pull up and park next to you, and we can sit back and enjoy the best of both worlds together, as I have been doing for a long time. We love our 21sso, and when its raining out, so will you. You can turn the key and climb in, and pop a cold one and sit on the couch or at the table and wait out the storm. or you can open the couch, and set down the table bed and take a nap. If you need to use you rest room while waiting or traveling you have it right there, ahhh yes, sleeping under the canvas and having all the added extras! thats life!
Also set up is half the time!

welcome to the hybrids, their are 42 that have sign in the log here, so make yourself 43!

I for one think you are making the right decission.  The camping and enjoying the outdoors is to be a pleasent expierence..... and not a chore setting up and tearing down. A PU can be a lot of work for anyone to set-up.

Good luck with your selection, and just place a folding chair under the awning and pop open up a cold one.

  See ya soon,
