Wax/protectant for PU roof material

I have a 2006 Fleetwood Timberlake pop-up with the standard roof.  (When I want to see my kids roll their eyeballs and moan, I call it the "Justin Timberlake" model--but, enough of that.)

When we hauled it out of storage here in the Pacific NW, we found algae, pollen, mildew, and just plain dirt had built up in several areas on the roof, even though I had sloped the trailer to allow good run-off for all the rains we had this year.

It was not particularly hard to get all this stuff off the trailer, with a car-wash brush and a mild cleaner, but...

I was wondering if there was a good protectant finish I could apply to the roof material to make this even easier in the future.

All the RV-grade, carnauba-wax products seem to require several applications per year.  I'm thinking one of the automotive-grade, once-a-year polymer products might be more appropriate.

Does anyone have a better suggestion?  Or, does anyone have experience with this?

Also--I'm seeing some mildew in the factory-caulked seams.  Does anyone have an opinion on whether it's worthwhile to do a mild chlorine-bleach-water treatment on this stuff to slow it down/eliminate it?

Thanks in advance.

I have been plesantly surprised with .Protect All.  I use the spray-on liquid version.

Water beads off of my Alumitite roof even though the last application was about 14 months ago.  I store my PU outdoors and also get accumilated dirt/dust/bird droppings/leaves on the roof.  A simple rinse with a water hose removes most of the buildup and just leaves behind a film of dirt to wash off.

I read on another form about 303  its recommend by Fleetwood to use on there sunbrella material and you can use it on other materials, like plastic or ABS. I spray it on all over the top and sides. They claim its like putting SPF40 on your PU for sun protection. Take a look.

Try boat soap... you can find it a marine stores. It works well for cleaning weather related stains. Any of the qwik wax detailer sprays might help reduce the adhesion of dirt. They are i tnhe car washing section at Wally-World.

Mildew? Rain? What's all that? We don't have those issues down here in AZ. I wish it would rain a little.

Thanks for the recommendation, will try some since I see Eastern Mountain sports carries it...
