We were riding our bikes around Beverly Hills last week. We saw signs posted on street corners offering labor to install Christmas decorations for $25 per hour.  :p

I am sorry to say but as far as i know the link does not have any viresses on it ,, this house was on foxnews they have since shut them off because of traffic problems ,, in there it says he worked on them 2 monthe ,, so i dont guess we will know fore sure how long it took to get them to do that but it was nice to see someone put forth that much effort ,,

         Christmas  ,  like so many things i fear will be gone in a few years
    just so we dont offend anyone else so we better enjoy it while we can

I have confidence that common sense will prevail and Christmas celebrations will continue.  The alternative is to purge every expression of life, beauty and uniqueness from our society, and I don't think society will allow that to happen.  We all have to make room for each other in this world and respect each other's way of life and cultural customs.  Christianity is taking a beating right now, but hopefully we'll see a swing to a more evenhandedness as time passes.  

The light display is terrific!  Shut down because of traffic?  Why do we all put up the decorations in the first place?  For people to see!  Sounds like some backwards thinking taking place by "the authorities".  Maybe they should be voted out if they're elected.

This display was the work of Carson Williams of Mason, Ohio, who spent about three hours sequencing the 88 Light-O-Rama channels that control the 16,000 Christmas lights in his 2004 holiday lighting spectacular. The musical accompaniment is broadcast over a low-power radio station so that it is only audible to visitors tuned in to the correct frquency and doesn't disturb the neighbors
