I dont see anyone listening to the Rolling Stones. Thats the first thing I pop in when I go to " pop up ". After I tire of that its a mixture of Blues and 60's-70's rock and roll.

We collect a lot of different kinds of music.  I like blues - Eric Clapton, Lucinda Williams, and Susan Tedeschi.  We like only old country music, we listen to public radio so we get turned-on to some very interesting artists like:  Johnny Lang, Kristy McColl, Mark Broussard, Erin McQuen, and the Stone Coyotes.

So many times when driving me and hubby like just some quiet.  We load the CD's and never listen to them.  We watch for wildlife and hawks and just enjoy some time together to talk and share the scenery.

If you ever travel thru Austin, TX we love a station there WLBJ.  It is the best.  I don't know where it is, off hand.  Maybe 95 - 97 somewhere.

Happy trails drea

I TORTURE my family with a variety of oldies : Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Frankie baby, Dean Martin, Some Ray Charles I picked up at Starbucks, if we go to Yosemite, I always make them listen to the Judds when we are in the park driving towards the valley. Now I have an MP3 player so there isn't any changing of CD's as well, love it.

I win the music debate because my husband listens to punk which he wouldn't play around our children in a million.

Oh PS, we are in our early 30's in case anyones was wondering where all the Standards fit in :p
