Most tacky lights run on 120, so unless you have an inverter you can't run them off your battery anyway.

Tacky lights are really meant for full-service campgrounds, when there is row on row of identical campers.  You don't look for your camper, you look for your chilli peppers (or nascars or football helmets or pop-ups or pink flamingos).

Or like us, you could blow off the tacky light thing and use just a blue rope light.  It's not very bright, bit you can pick it out from a long ways away.

I saw them. Had to say I cringed a bit, but the rainbow colors are purty!
