'98 Coleman Westlake.
Waterpump worked fine last seasson. Opened up the PU this week, filled tank (hot water and clean water) hooked PU to residential AC power and no water. Please note that the pump is running however, the is NO water-only what was remaining in the line. I cannot locate any bypass valve. Any ideas.

Check the hose from the tank to the pump. If there is an air leak, it won't pump (it'll just suck air). Might even just be a loose hose clamp on the intake side of the pump.

Even if the water heater was bypassed there should be water being pumped to the faucet.  I would take the water pump apart and clean the screen in it.  Make sure it is put back together correctly and then reattach the pump and see what happens.  Many people don't clean the screen in the pump and it can get covered with gunk blocking water passage.:)

Try using a hose to force some water into the pump.  Sometimes things get dried out in the pump and once wet it will begin to work again.
