Water stains.

I have noticed a water stain on the ceiling of my '03 tacoma by coleman this weekend.  It is only in one spot and it is where the ceiling and canvas join together.  Is this going to be a major problem.

I would check the outside seams.  I recaulked all mine last weekend.
